I’m Elena Maren, the founder of Inflameless Living, a personal brand dedicated to helping people understand and apply an anti-inflammatory lifestyle in a practical, realistic and sustainable way.

My work focuses on anti-inflammatory nutrition, digestive health, microbiome support, phytotherapy and lifestyle education. Through my website, books, digital guides and Skool community, I help people make informed choices about food, inflammation and daily habits without fear, confusion or unnecessary restriction.

I am a licensed nutrition specialist in Spain, with formal training in human nutrition, dietetics, phytotherapy, microbiome health and anti-inflammatory dietary approaches.

Why I Created Inflameless Living

Inflammation is often discussed in a confusing way, from not making an acurate distinction between acute and chronic inflammation to unrealistic restrictions. Many people are told to avoid long lists of foods, follow strict rules or buy products they do not fully understand.

I created Inflameless Living to offer a calmer, more educational approach.

My work is built around three ideas:

Food should support the body, not create fear.
Anti-inflammatory eating is about learning which foods and habits support your body and which ones may make symptoms or discomfort worse.

The gut matters.
My training in microbiome health has deeply influenced my approach. Digestion, gut bacteria, food tolerance, immune balance and inflammation are closely connected, and they deserve to be explained in a way that normal people can understand.

Nature and science can work together.
My background in phytotherapy allows me to look at plants, herbs and traditional approaches with respect, while still keeping education grounded, responsible  and realistic.

When I am not writing or teaching, I am busy with organic agriculture, rare edible plants and the cultural stories behind traditional foods. 

I have my own food forest in the Canary Islands and I do enjoy discovering new ways of producing food while not producing waste. 

I speak 6 languages, I love traveling and I am a nerdy Star Trek fan :)
