Webinar: Why You Still Feel Inflamed Even Though You Eat Healthy

You are not failing at healthy eating

You may already be choosing whole foods, avoiding obvious junk and trying to live well.

And yet you may still experience:

  • Bloating that increases throughout the day
  • Energy crashes or constant tiredness
  • Strong cravings despite eating “properly”
  • Brain fog or difficulty concentrating
  • Puffiness, discomfort or stubborn weight changes
  • Symptoms that seem unpredictable

The problem is not always that you need a stricter diet.

Sometimes, you are addressing food while missing the wider pattern influencing how your body responds.

Inflammation is not only a food problem. It is a total-load problem.

Stop collecting advice. Start locating your pattern.

Stop collecting advice. Start locating your pattern.

During this webinar, I will introduce you to the first principle of the Inflameless L.O.W.E.R. Method:

L : Locate your pattern

Instead of giving you another generic list of foods to avoid, we will look at the signals your body is already giving you.

You will begin exploring whether your symptoms may be connected primarily to:

  • Blood-sugar instability
  • Digestive or microbiome stress
  • Stress and nervous-system overload
  • Sleep and body-clock disruption
  • Meal structure and timing
  • A build-up of hidden lifestyle pressures

Important qualification

This workshop will not diagnose a medical condition. It will help you organise your observations and identify a sensible place to begin.

What you will leave with

  1. Your likely inflammation pattern: use a guided Pattern Map to organise your symptoms and identify the area that deserves your attention first.

  2. A personalised first move: choose one manageable action to test instead of trying to overhaul your entire lifestyle overnight.

  3. A seven-day experiment: create a simple plan for observing digestion, energy, cravings, sleep and other relevant body signals.

  4. A clearer way forward: understand why “doing everything right” may not be producing the result you expected, and what to do next.

This is a workshop, not a passive lecture

Bring a notebook, your questions and an open mind.

During our time together, we will:

1. Reframe the problem
Understand why eating healthy does not automatically resolve every source of inflammatory load.

2. Map your signals
Use your symptoms, routines and recurring patterns as useful information.

3. Select your first experiment
Choose one realistic action to practise for seven days.

4. Explore real examples
See how similar symptoms can arise from very different patterns.

5. Open the Pattern Clinic
Selected live attendees can share their situation and receive guidance on where they might begin.

Small live-attendance incentive

The teaching replay will be included, but the interactive Pattern Clinic is available only during the live event.
