Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing INFLAMELESS LIVING. We aim to provide high-quality digital products, educational resources, and community experiences. Because our offerings consist of digital downloads, online courses, and interactive community access, our refund and cancellation practices follow the rules applicable to digital content and digital services under EU consumer protection laws and Spanish consumer legislation.

1.DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES POLICY

In accordance with Article 103.m of the Spanish Consumer Protection Law, Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios, and the European Union rules on consumer rights, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal may cease to apply to digital content not supplied on a physical medium once performance has begun, provided that the consumer has given prior express consent to immediate access or delivery and has acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

Therefore, the following rules apply:

Digital Downloads, including PDFs, guides and e-books: Because these products are delivered as digital files, all sales are final once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or otherwise delivered after your express consent and acknowledgement at checkout. Refunds cannot be granted once access or delivery has begun, except where required by applicable law or under the exceptions listed below.

Online Courses and Programs: Once access credentials have been issued and you have accessed the student portal, course area, course materials, or modules after your express consent and acknowledgement at checkout, the digital service is considered initiated and no refund will be issued, except where required by applicable law or under the exceptions listed below.

Community Memberships: Access to our digital community platform is billed on a recurring subscription basis. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at elenamaren.nutri@gmail.com. Your cancellation will stop subsequent billing cycles, and you will maintain access to the community until the end of your current paid billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations or partial months, except where required by applicable law or under the exceptions listed below.

2. ACCEPTED EXCEPTIONS AND DISPUTES

We want you to have an excellent experience. We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, including, but not limited to, the following circumstances where required by applicable law:

  • Technical Defects: If a digital product file is corrupted, broken, or encounters a critical technical error that prevents access, and our technical support team cannot resolve or repair the issue within 7 business days of written notice.
  • Duplicate Purchases: If a system or processing error results in your payment method being billed multiple times for the exact same digital asset or subscription period.

To submit an exception request, you must email elenamaren.nutri@gmail.com within 14 days of your initial purchase date. Your email should include your original purchase receipt, account email, and a clear description or evidence of the technical issue.

3. REFUND MECHANICS AND TAXES

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. The funds will be credited directly back to the original payment method used via our payment gateway, Stripe.

Approved refunds will normally match the total euro (€) amount collected at checkout for the refunded item or subscription period, including any Impuesto General Indirecto Canario (IGIC), VAT/IVA, or destination tax originally applied to that transaction, unless a partial refund is agreed or required by law.

INFLAMELESS LIVING is not responsible for international transaction fees, currency conversion variations, or bank processing surcharges imposed by your financial institution.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
